"Solved my problem in one phone call"

About: Intellectual Developmental Disabilities /Learning Disability Services - Community / Epilepsy Service

(as a carer),

I had a problem with respite not willing to give my son his tablets as they have to be crushed. This is the only way I can get the meds into him as he is tube fed.

We were told they will crush them if they are accompanied with a letter, Claire has solved my problem in one phone call. I can always rely on this team to sort anything of this nature and I am so grateful, they are always willing to help.
