"Very Poor Practice"

About: Greenwich Peninsula

This is my 87 year old mothers practice who suffers from Dementia, Chronic COPD, deaf and she is bed bound, I care for my mum and deal with her correspondence including telephone issues, this practice is very difficult with releasing her vital medication.

To the point of several calls today with no result of her meds, I had to call an ambulance as her nebula needed for her nebuliser, I'm very disappointed, this practise my mum has used for 55 years.
