(as a relative),

My elderly mother had to attend ED following a fall. She was assessed immediately and brought to minor injuries. Unfortunately she had a fractured knee that needed a full cast. But the care provided to her by the team especially Tamara and Serena was amazing. They were with her from start to finish, providing reassurance, and keeping her calm. They were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Despite how busy it was she always seemed their first priority. So despite the trip to ED and fracture, the support from staff on the front desk, through triage and to minor injuries was fantastic and went a long way to helping a distressing situation
