"My morning with Urology"

I have had some frequency and urgency issues over several years

My doctor referred me to Urology at OSM and I was sent a 3 hour morning appointment

Absolutely fantastic

From the lovely greeting from the receptionist at both receptions, all the nurse specialists, the management and of course the consultant

Everyone seemed to be caring, concerned and very professional

There were quite a few gents seen during the time I was there and as far as I saw everyone felt the same

I feel that the NHS have done a remarkable job setting up this local Urology Clinic at OSM hospital

Everything has been thought through and I was made to feel the most important person there

In just over 3 hours I was carefully looked after and thankfully I had a successful and reassuring outcome

Thank you to the whole Team for a job well done you certainly exceeded my expectations
