"My Mobility Confidence"

About: Integrated Community Services Service Delivery Unit / City Side Neighbourhood Team

(as a service user),

I am 95yrs old and in November 2024 I was admitted into hospital with Gallstones, staying in for a week.

Sadly during my stay in hospital my personal mobility suffered, and once back home my lack of mobility & confidence continued.

I was assessed by the 'Home from Hospital Team' which eventually lead to me being seen by Tracey from the Worcester Community Physiotherapy Team, Tracey visited me once a fortnight, giving me a range of gentle exercises to do, along with sorting me out with an appropriate walking stick.
Tracey has improved my balance and coordination, giving me the confidence to complete tasks in and around my own home.
I can't thank her enough for her dedication, kindness and patience.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide this lovely feedback for Tracey.
