Hi Kayleigh,

My names Caroline and I am the team manager for the Rotherham Neurodevelopmental team.

Thank you for providing your feedback in relation to your sons diagnosis.

I am sorry that you have had to fight to get him a diagnosis, we are working hard to reduce the waiting lists, and improve our referral forms to ensure a smoother transition. We are also working closely with partners such as schools and local parent support networks to improve our service and ensure that parents voices are heard.

I am glad that your second experience was fantastic and that you had a positive experience with our digital partner Helios and with our own service too. Thank you for taking the time to post feedback about your experiences both good and bad.

Kind Regards,

Caroline Jefferies
