"Causeway A&E and greenzone"

About: Causeway Hospital / Accident & Emergency Causeway Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as a service user),

I broke my ankle a couple of weeks ago and attended causeway hospital a&e in the morning, I was quickly booked in and sent to the green zone to be seen, although it was busy I was seen quickly, treated and it was communicated to me that I could be waiting a while and told the reason why I was checked on and felt listened to at all times. I just wanted to thank all staff at the hospital and kind people I came in contact with. I feel confident in my care going forward from causeway hospital and think it’s important to recognise this and give thanks where thanks is due.
