About: Coatbridge Locality Support Service / Treatment Room

(as a service user),

Chryston Community Hub.  Was sent there for a treatment on a burn.

Paula was the main person I saw. Kind, caring, compassionate and funny. All the attributes I needed. 

Staff in NHS get slagged off all the time and not enough recognition is given to the good staff.
