About: Mid-Ulster Hospital / Endoscopy Suite

(as the patient),

I was 100% impressed by all the staff, from the man who booked me in, to the nurse who took the details and with 3 nurses who were there when I got the procedure done. 

They put me at my ease and we even had a couple of wee laughs about something that was said. 

While the procedure was difficult, they all helped me though it 100%.

My name is Debbie Poots, I am the Deputy Ward Manager in the Mid Ulster Hospital, Endoscopy Unit. I would like to thank you for taking the time to respond to our Care Opinion link. I am delighted that the experience of the care you received, while in our unit, from everyone, was so impressive to you. The ward clerk and nursing staff will all be delighted to hear this. It is so important to us to ensure we make the experience of the procedure as easy and relaxed as possible for the patient and sometimes a bit of a laugh can help with that.
