(as the patient),

I am delighted to be taken care of by Lorraine in Day Assessment Unit. She’s been so excellent in her job. I was in triage originally and was moved to DAU And I felt so comfortable when I was moved as she makes me felt comfortable. She explains everything to me on what to do next just so to avoid being sick of Hyperemesis again.
