Absolutely appalling, try to register back in November was waiting for confirmation just to be told they had lost the form so reapply and the receptionist was very rude when I handed the form back in and asked how long it would take! Wouldn’t recommend this surgery at all! Not a friendly environment at all

Unfortunately without any further details (name, dates etc) it is hard to investigate this. We do apologise if there was an issue - it may have been better to report the incident to the Reception Manager who could have tried to assist you or involved the Practice Manager who would have interviewed any staff involved. There is a facility to Contact the Practice via the website if you wish for this to be viewed further.
