"Attitude of staff"

About: Royal Preston Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

I attended A&E.

Reception staff uncaring, talking loudly between themselves where everyone can hear about the patients in a disrespectful way. They also were talking about patients personal information. Through this I was able to know where another person lives, GP etc and when I asked other patients they heard the comments to.

Reception staff when asked a question would make you feel like you are a problem because they were talking among themselves.

Staff made inappropriate comments about female patients and stating who was good looking and not and who they would date and not. Making it uncomfortable, while giving dirty looks to other patients.
