"The staff were excellent"

About: Loane House / Ward 1

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Fell and broke my hip and was sent to Loane house ward 1 for rehabilitation. 

The staff were excellent, the ward was spotless. 

I got to know the staff and they got to know me. 

We would sit around a big table in the morning and sing songs etc.

Enjoyed my stay but glad to be going home also.

It is delightful to read you have found staff to be excellent. The key person centered skills are essential to deliver high quality person centred care which you have experienced.

Our Domestic staff do a terrific job at maintaining a high standard of cleanliness as do our nursing teams.
