"Truly awesome people"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Blood vessel problems ( Vascular Ward 11a &11d)

The nursing staff and doctors on 11d are truly awesome people they care about everyone and the care they give to their patients is exceptional. I appreciate the care they provided.

Other staff on the ward however in my opinion need more training, as I overheard inappropriate language being used which was uncalled for.

Dear Clai65

Thank you so much for feeding back to us regarding the care that you received in 11D. This is truly appreciated and I will pass it on to the nurses and doctors within the ward.

I am really sorry to hear that you overheard inappropriate language from other staff members as this is completely unacceptable.

I can be contacted at debbie.macintyre@nhs.scot if you wish to provide me with more detail which would allow me to,look into the matter further.

Best wishes,

Debbie Macintyre

Clinical Service Manager.
