"Neurology appointment and blood test"

About: Exeter Community Hospital / Outpatients

(as the patient),

I had a consultation with Dr Miller regarding my longstanding migraines. Dr Miller was extremely understanding and supportive and very informative about new treatments that have emerged since my last review about three years ago. I now have a new treatment cause planned, plus follow-up, that I am grateful and hopeful for.

Dr Miller also referred me for a kidney function blood test just as a reassurance given the medication I have been taking. Thank you Dr Miller.

The blood test was done without any waiting by Nurse Daisy who made it painless and was very delightful. Thank you Nurse Daisy.

As an aside, the location of the community hospital was easy to find and parking was free.

Hi Saturnjg56

Thankyou so much for your feedback. I am so glad you had such a positive experience with your appointment.

I have just shown Daisy your kind words and she is really appreciative.

I will pass on your compliments to Dr Miller as well when he is here for his next clinic.

It really means a lot to the whole team to hear back from you.

I hope the new course of treatment for your migraines works well for you.

Best wishes

Megan Freeman

Sister, GOPD Budlake
