"Lack of support"

About: Adult Mental Health Community / Mansfield Local Mental Health Team (LMHT)

(as a service user),

I was first referred to them some years ago after I gave notes into my doctors explaining my breakdown and psychosis. I was given an assessment in the temporary accommodation flat I was in. Then was told I could call when needed support. I called a few times and was told someone would ring me back who had done my assessment. No calls back and was only told to download an app by one member of staff I spoke to on the phone. Not been taken seriously. I had done a complaint through PALS whilst I was unwell and still ignored. This has been appalling, as it says on the NHS mental health services page there is various things like psychiatrist, community care etc etc. I have had none of this.
