"Friendly and reassuring staff"

About: Buckland Hospital

I attended Dover Eye Centre today with my mother who needed cataract surgery. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely friendly and reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble. They used humour and empathy to put my mum at ease. While mum was having the surgery the staff came out to make sure I was ok as well a gesture that was greatly appreciated. Once the surgery was finished they brought mum out to me and went to get her a drink before we left. I would thoroughly recommend the eye centre to anybody needing cataract surgery. Thank you to all concerned today who took great care of mum.
