"The best physio I have ever had"

About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Physiotherapy MSK Service

(as the patient),

Today I had my last physio appointment with James at Daisy Hill and I will genuinely miss the sessions I had weekly with him for the past 4 months. From having a previous partial tear of my ACL I had lost all confidence in my ability to return to sport. James progressively worked with me to build strength through a range of different exercises including plyometrics. He assessed my progress along the way through strength tests which were challenging but proved I was stronger than I thought.

His patience and motivation have been invaluable in helping me overcome both physical and mental barriers. The best physio I have ever had! Thank you James, I will miss the craic.

Thank you for taking the time to express your appreciation for the treatment you received in the physiotherapy musculoskeletal service. It is great to hear that you have been helped so much by James to increase your confidence and he has professionally guided you back to full strength. He has clearly challenged you on your rehab journey and you have benefitted from that.

I will ensure that James is made aware of your gratitude and I am also grateful that you have told us about your positive experience in the service.

I wish you continued good health

Kind Regards

Roisin Lynch
