"Absolutely brilliant did my blood test"

I went in yesterday to have a blood test done and was seen by a brilliant lady, I am extremely scared of needles and had a meltdown when I got in the room the woman who did the test was absolutely fantastic she was calm and caring, her patience with me was so appreciated and eventually calmed me enough to have it done even after when I was feeling unwell she was fab, laying me down and getting me a glass of water, chatting away until I felt better. I would recommend this lady to anyone she is an absolute asset to the surgery! Thank you very much!
