"Shocking"

I am currently still under this service, I have had 2 care coordinators in 10 months, the first did nothing at all and started doing something else, they didn’t replace them just left me for 2 months until I saw the psychiatrist . Psychiatrist requested another and one was allocated, this one seemed ok but missed several appointments and didn’t let me know just didn’t turn up. Then a letter saying they are off sorry for inconvenience and let us know if you need anything.

10 months down the line, I don’t have a diagnosis, I don’t have a treatment plan, I have been left not knowing what is happening.

Absolutely joke, you are a service that is suppose to help people, support people who are vulnerable and in need of help and support and you treat them like you do.

Really is disgusting, Bradfords whole mental health service is disgusting.
