"They made sure everything was communicated clearly"

We decided to have my son go through a neuroassessment because our main concern was making sure he got the right support. From the phone interview to the in-person assessment, we were guided through every step, with clear explanations about what to expect and how my son would be tested. The whole process went smoothly, thanks to the neuroassessment team who made sure everything was communicated clearly.

Getting the diagnosis was tough and emotional for us as parents, but at the same time, it was a relief. Now we have a better understanding of my son’s needs and a clear path forward to help him get the support he deserves.
