I visited the clinic last week, and again was treated with professionalism and compassion by all staff involved in the process, from the receptionist to the clinician, to the lady who called to tell me I had a positive test for STI. As a man who has sex with men I was offered Prep as well.  She arranged for my prescription to be left for me to collect at my convenience. I would like to give my thanks to all. No qualms whatsoever about a return visit as and when necessary.

I am delighted to read that you feel you were treated with professionalism and compassion, and would be happy to return to use our service as a result. We aim to try and make things as easy and as convenient as possible for our service users, and I am pleased to see that you felt the collection of medications was seamless and easy for you.
