About: St Marks Hospital

I arranged a call back to book spring Covid boosters for my wife and I. I was given 12th April @ 14.20 hours. I believed that included my wife as I had mentioned! I have received an e-mail asking for her to book a spring booster? This was arranged in the call back system! This was arranged as they know at St Mark’s they always include her as I arranged. I telephoned 01628876815 to say I had received an e-mail asking for her to book a booster. They checked their records and were unable to find the details say call back tomorrow? What has gone wrong with your system please? If my wife will not be given her booster at the same visit with me you will have to cancel and rebook us together as I arranged during the call back system please.
