I was at an appointment with the respiratory doctor and required a breathing test and bloods to be taken. Both procedures were done there and then with no need to make further appointments and return visits. This is a wonderful service and is how the public expect the NHS to be operating.

Thank you for your wonderful feedback of your recent clinic review. I am so glad to hear that you had such a positive experience. As a team we are working really hard to improve our patient pathways.
We have recently appointed a new consultant, which has allowed us to increase capacity within the out-patient department, allowing access to specialist review, diagnostics and ongoing management of respiratory conditions.
I am so grateful for your feedback, which I will share with the wider respiratory team.
