(as a parent/guardian),

I recently attended A&E with my wee girl after she fell and hit her head, she had some bump! We were in and out in just over an hour. I'm very grateful for the care and attention she received.

I am sorry to hear that your little girl hit her head and had to attend the ED. It must have been such a worrying time for you. I am pleased to hear that she received excellent care and attention from the staff and that you were seen quickly and got good advice.
