"An excellent service"

I attended the Belford hospital in Fort William for an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound which lead on to a transvaginal ultrasound done at the same appointment rather than needing a return appointment which i really appreciated.

Throughout my examination everything was explained, I was treated with a high level of respect for my dignity and felt the sonographer and attending nurse were very professional with fantastic bedside manners and put me at ease.

I was given clear instructions and information and my verbal consent was asked for before any invasive procedures which made me feel well informed and able to make personal choices about the investigations I underwent.

An excellent service and a happy patient, thank you for your professionalism in an over stretched NHS.
