I attended this practice this morning for a simple blood test which I d been asked to have.First time going here as I never hardly go to docs.The nurse was so cold she didn't smile she only said 2 words,my name and blood test.She made me feel very unwelcome.It s not nice to be treated so coldly .The receptionist was lovely though so that's a positive for the place
