"I am really having a positive experience"

About: Cancer Services / Ward 32 Oncology Clinics (outpatients)

(as a service user),

I am very very happy with the services on Ward 32. Anything I need to ask that I am not sure about, I phone the number given to me. and they will answer or get back to me. The staff are really really good and helpfull.

They are also  knowledgeable - they know what they are doing. People will not be worried about coming for the meeting if they were given positive info before treatment.

People should be given a positive awareness about the treatment. There is seemingly no publication, info or news. People get to hear so many negative stuff, (negative information about treatment).

Start the meeting before the treatment with positive information. 

I am really having a positive experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience attending the Oncology department.

I am the senior nurse within the oncology service, It is reassuring to hear that you are happy with the care and treatment that you have received.

It is also lovely to hear that you have found our team knowledgeable and supportive.

The team have worked hard developing information and resources to support patients attending for treatment, with an aim to provide timely information prior to commencing treatment - I am glad that you have found this beneficial.
