Pre-Op appointment in Whiteabbey Hospital.

I was exceptionally well treated from start to finish. Staff were very friendly, efficient and personable. I would mention in particular Teresa. 

The hospital was immaculately clean.

My name is Marie Devlin and I am the manager of pre op assessment.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give such positive feedback on your visit to our pre op assessment unit and for your kind comments on Teresa who is a highly valued member of our team. I am glad that you found the appointment with her helpful and informative All the staff work very hard to ensure that each patients experience is personal to them

We understand that patients can be very apprehensive about their surgery and anaesthetic and we try to allay any fears or worries that they may have.

I wish you well with your pending surgery and a speedy recovery.
