"Made me feel like I was a person"

I visited Leigh Infirmary recently for my pre Op assessment.

I was very happy with the service I received from the receptionist to the special nurse Yvonne, she listened to all my concerns and had took the time to read my notes before she called me in , she made me feel like I was a person.

The lovely lady who took my bloods and observations was very nice too I think her name was Mesia she was polite and very careful to protect my dignity 

The whole experience was lovely they are a credit to the hospital thank you so much
