"Walk in clinic appointment"

I had a same day appointment at the walk in clinic in Sidwell street, and I was taken aback by the outstanding service that I received on this occasion. I’ve been having an ongoing problem and I felt listened to, and my needs have been met.

The nurse that has looked after me (I do apologise if I got her name wrong, I think it was Amy?) showed amazing bedside manner, outstanding care, and is an example to how great nurses are in that centre, she does the place justice with her professionalism and demeanour. I cannot speak highly enough of this place regardless as it has not been one visit in there that I had a bad experience, but recently it really stood out.
