"Bad service phone reception "

I have been trying to get an appointment for several weeks. I have been disappointed with both from 111 and from Necholstown surgery Southampton. It has been several weeks now. I have not been able to get an appointment. My complaint is about the telephone operator who takes appointments for the disk, he doesn't pick up the phone at all,always on the message and when he does pick up, he hangs up without making an appointment. Tried a lot but disappointed.
