"Best practice I’ve had "

Me and my young family have been cared for so well by all at this surgery. From the reception staff, the GP’s, the practice manager to the nurses. I always get a prompt appointment if urgent, and usually speak to a Dr on the phone to triage either myself or my children very quickly. Especially when my daughter was newborn, the ladies at reception made by day every time I visited. And after coming in a few times with her when she was small the ladies always recognised me and daughter. It was such a positive feeling and made the world of difference to me.

The small things make a big difference like having text reminders that one of my children are due their vaccinations - something that occasionally I forget about in busy life. Ordering my repeat prescriptions are so quick within a few days they’re already at my pharmacy waiting to be collected.

All around, me and my family have had such positive experiences at the surgery. It’s made me feel lucky especially when I have been taking care of my elderly grandparents and dealing with their GP surgery, the difference in care is huge and I feel very fortunate that we are with Ballater. Thankyou all the staff especially the ladies at reception, Please continue the great care and help you give to the community!
