After submitting an e consult over a week before telephone triage appt call pm Fridayantibiotics issued without being seen for ongoing ear symptoms advised no capacity to be seen f2f a member of team would call to arrange which will not happen until after the weekend meanwhile still in severe pain consequently will not issue a referral to ENT until seen as Dr H did not acknowledge the lump in neck. Totally unacceptable response from clinician no empathy whatsoever disinterested in the patient needs. This particular clinician does not read patient history lacks understanding and is not proactive in patient care. Overall the Surgery has declined over the years which is very disappointing
