"Extremely difficult to access healthcare"

My original review was censored, so this is a tamer version (check their Google reviews for more honesty).

Basically, the reception staff is overworked and gives snappish or half-hearted responses. So people wait on the helpline only to be told to make a walk-in and, once there, they're told to go back home and call a different number. It's just bad advice and errors.

The phone number isn't always running and their replies on NHS app are also not very helpful. In fact, you never get a clear, specific answer to a query. The doctor was great, but getting to them a pain.
