Just like to praise all the health care, domestic, porters and nursing staff on ward 3a.

Pleasant competent and cheery. Thorough in organising repeat transfusions and nothing too much trouble. I and others are frequent  flyers and I am pleased to say my treatment is no hassle.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience of the care provided by the staff in Ward 3A, University Hospital Crosshouse.

I am glad to know that you found all of our staff on the Ward to be pleasant, competent and cheery whilst you have been under their care and that nothing is too much trouble for them. This is a lovely example of the patient centred care that we strive to provide

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients and it will be my pleasure to share your kind comments with the wider Team in the Ward, which I know they will be delighted to receive.
