"Everyone was warm and welcoming"

About: Dame Carol Detoxification Service

(as a service user),

I was very anxious coming in even that i knew what to expect. Everyone was very warm and welcoming and attended to my medical needs. It was very clean and well run, nice outdoor space .

The days are very structured. In the beginning, I felt poorly and shaky but the staff helped me. I think its a fantastic first step and got me ready for the second step of my journey.

My body is fixed and now I can concentrate on my mental health. Food is nutritious I feel positive and don't want to leave.
