"Bad practice "

I booked an appointment to see the doctor at 2.30 pm on getting to the appointment. It was a long queue after about 8 minutes of waiting. I uwas attended to by the reception, the reception was trying to check me in, and then the PA that was supposed to attend to my medical needs declined to see me and the reception tried all the best emailed the PA in my present and no response at 2.42pm the reception print out want note the PA left on my page state missed an appointment, when I'm right there at the surgery and the reception.Can you imagine, the PA was not seeing anyone at moment just declined the appointment negligence and unprofessional conduct. I was really in serious pain that can lead to life treating. I sat for 40 minutes and thought I would be seen, but the appointment was ignored.
