The physios that been over the last few weeks have been very good, it was a good experience, the staff were very experienced and professional as well. I have improved in everything I can do. I have been doing exercises indoors to start with and I have been asked to continue doing them-they have given me instructions for how to do this.

I have a walker and sticks. I have had a go with the sticks, but I am just using the walker for a little while to get my confidence and build strength. Each visit we have been going out with the walker. Each time I have been out with the walker there has always been two people present. I have been told not to walk too far but to do so little and often. She said rather than use sticks for now, just to use the walker, however I will just use the sticks in the kitchen where I have something to hold onto if I need to.

The team are happy with me, so they have now signed me off, but they have said if I need more physio to contact the GP and they will refer me for more physio.

I would like to say thank you to them all.
