Dear Practice,

Please review the opening hours to access the online system.

Today 31/03/2025, all day I have been trying to access the system to request a sickness note to no avail, I eventually decided to contact the practice via telephone. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, I was told that I need to apply via the online system tomorrow at 8am on the dot, again no guarantee I will get through. It would be nice if there was another way to access the doctor for this facility or indeed for my health care,

I hope you will consider my booking experience and make changes to make this journey smoothly, not stressful as it is now.
