"Outstanding Staff Members - Going above and beyond"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Gynaecology (Ward 32)

(as a service user),

I came into the ward terrified and was instantly put at ease with the communication, attention, service, and clear level of training/education of each individual in ward 32. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, consistently going above and beyond and ensuring all my needs were met as a bare minimum.

The staff couldn’t have been any better experienced in each of their individuals roles and had a strength of character to adapt to each specific situation that occurred. Outstanding individuals and outstanding service. Deserve a pay rise at least!!

Thank you so much for taking the time to offer feedback on our wonderful team in Ward 32.

I am sorry to hear that you were terrified, however I am absolutely delighted at the standard of person centred care that you received.

It is very reassuring that you were instantly put at ease with the communication, attention, and service of the team. It is great that you found a clear level of training/education of each individual in our Ward 32 team.

It is praise indeed that you found all staff were extremely attentive and helpful. That you also felt they consistently went above and beyond and ensured all your needs were met as a bare minimum.

I will share this with my team, including "staff couldn’t have been any better experienced in each of their individuals roles and had a strength of character to adapt to each specific situation that occurred. Outstanding individuals and outstanding service" as I know they will be very proud that this was your experience.
