I live a stone’s throw from Frome MiU and have accessed the service a few times over previous years for me and my family. I can honestly say not a single one of those visits has been positive. The reception staff are lovely. The medical staff have been truly dreadful. Uncaring, rude, patronising and, in some of those cases, simply wrong. If I am ever advised to go to MiU now, I drive to another location.
It’s unforgivable and something should be done.
