"The queue was leading outside"

About: New Cross Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

Sat in A&E with my 2-year-old for several hours, to still not get seen. I was told there were still 17 people in front after half past 10 on the night! Cost me to park for 4 hours, only to still not get seen!

Absolutely rammed to a point where queue was leading outside, there wasn’t even a receptionist on, it was a driver as they were so short staffed. Was then also told there was only 1 doctor on!
