"Disappointing Response "

About: Patford House Partnership

I contacted the surgery about bruising related to knocking my leg against a chair leg, when I spoke with the clinician, he was not at all helpful, I explained that I had this problem before and needed antibiotics to clear this up, but was told to take ibuprofen, and that should help, so the following day I saw the pharmacist at Lyneham, he was very concerned about this and referred me to out of hours doctors, he said if they hadn't contacted me by 7pm to phone 111 which I did.The doctor who called checked it on the phone and said it was infected and I needed antibiotics which she prescribed and I have been taking them since Saturday, I feel this could have been done on the Thursday when I contacted the surgery
