"Have delivered such an amazing service"

About: Bridgwater Community Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit Home First - Bridgwater hospital (Bridgwater) South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a relative),

My dad had been very ill. In December we took him to Bridgwater MIU. They were fantastic. They referred my dad to RRS. The ladies that came out to him were so caring and brilliant. They organised walking aids for him.

He recently had a fall and his health has declined. The ambulance crew (Rob, Steve and Richard) were fantastic. Again we were referred to RRS. Bogdon and Hannah have delivered such an amazing service. I just can’t thank them enough.

Rapid Response Service is an absolute gem to the NHS.  Can’t thank these people enough. In fact all of the service we have had from MIU, paramedics and RRS has been exemplary.

Thank you.
