"A credit to the service"

About: Community Services (Adult Physical Health) / Specialist falls team

(as a carer),

A pre booked appointment from the team, to check elderly parents blood pressure issue which have caused falling issues previously.

The nurse Steven, went and over and above what we would normally experience with nurses who visit my dad.

On the morning of the appointment my dad was not well, he had a flu infection, so Steven was not able to proceed with his normal appointment.

He did however manage the situation brilliantly with my dad, he spoke to my dad’s doctor and also with the ambulance controller as my dad needed to go into hospital because he was so unwell.

Steven was fantastic, a credit to the service and stayed much longer than he needed to make sure he was ok and everything was in place with ambulance before he left.

Hello,

Firstly many thanks for taking the time to complete the feedback, it is very much appreciated.

I am so happy that you found that Steven was helpful, adaptable and supportive to your dads needs. I will pass onwards the positive feedback.
