Post hernia operation I had an awful time when the main wound became infected and lost stitches and glue. I was left with an open wound.

I was passed around a few locations to start with, but once I started attending St Andrews, everything improved. Lynsey and Rianne were thorough and caring. Each visit they were knowledgeable and really thoughtful and analytical in their approach - making minor changes that sped up recovery. They were strict about me having to keep attending and although it was frustrating to do this up to 5 times a week at the worst point, they always kept the end in sight and reassured me things were perfectly normal.

The moment they "released" me was genuinely joyous - I needed things to be better in time for a big holiday, and they were spot on!

I must have visited over 15 times and every appointment was on time. 

I can't thank them enough!

It was lovely to hear that both Rianne and Lynsey were thorough, caring, knowledgable and thoughtful.

Feedback is so important to us all It boosts staff morale as well as providing us with assurance.

I am so pleased to hear that your wound healed after what sounds frustrating time for you.
