I had an excellent appointment this afternoon (1 April 2025) with a GP in the Caversham practice. He understood my problem, explained things patiently and lucidly, made practical suggestions, and undertook to get in touch with the hospital consultant I had seen some months earlier. A model appointment in every way, for which I am deeply grateful.
