(as a service user),

Nicky was caring and compassionate and she had a wealth of knowledge that helped me with the coping skills and she always asked if i understand the content which was great as had difficulties in understand a couple of bits but she helped me by asking if i had any questions and above all im blessed to have her teach me these skills and she deserves an award for the help i recieved
