Today I saw Dr Dunn, at Dumbaron Health Centre, and she made me feel the most heard, and seen person I'd felt in a long time in the NHS. She was open, kind, patient and encouraging. She was truly engaged in my problems, and truly went above and beyond to help me.

An absolute asset to your practice, and I cannot thank her enough, for not only treating me as a human, but also as an individual case, talking me though all my options, giving me a choice on my ongoing care, but also just being an amazingly compassionate, and empathic, genuinely caring doctor, who could not do enough for me in my appointment today. She not only validated my booking an appointment recently, but also gave me confidence that I can make future appointments without any judgement or worry that I am taking up valuable NHS time.
Thank you so much Dr Dunn, you are exactly the kind of doctor the NHS needs in order to thrive.
